Victoria's Secret Angel Workout Tired Us In Advance [Video]

Colorful cocktails, aphrodisiac beaches, luxury clothes galore… The Victoria’s Secret Angels Instagram feed has us all dreaming. But what is their secret to keeping this dream body? Vogue magazine followed Romee Strijd, one of the Angels parading for the lingerie brand, during her daily sports routine. And bad news, there is no miracle… Girls, a dream body, it takes work (even if we suspect that the Angels have a genetic ground favorable to bombassiness)! Ready? Here is Romee's very active program.

1. 15 back squats or squats with a barbell and weights, with an elastic band placed above the knees

2. Sideways side-stepping back and forth for 15 meters with an elastic band placed under the knees

3. 10 repetitions of deadlifts (dumbbells) supported on one leg, then on the other

4. 10 squat jumps, i.e. jump squats, with 180° rotation, the elastic band always placed under the knees

5. 30 seconds of “lashing” with a rope, for each arm

6. 10 horizontal pulls for each arm, i.e. pulling a heavy load with the strength of our arms

7. 30 second lunges with shoulder rotation

8. 30 second leg kick outs

9. 20 seconds of “SBC climbers” either in handstand, with the legs “climbing” the wall

10. 15 curtsy lunges, or cross lunges, for each leg

Well, you just have to get started... And find the time too. But hey, we now know what to expect on a daily basis if we too want to parade for one of our favorite lingerie brands (well what, we can dream!).
