For this, Valerio Sanguigni, the cardiologist and professor behind this amazing product, invited a group of participants to eat his ice cream. But without knowing it, some were tasting a classic chocolate ice cream, that is to say a placebo. The participants then had to pedal a bike as fast as possible, before undergoing blood tests.
