What is the "Bulletproof diet"?

It sounds hard to believe but the concept of this new diet is… to add butter and oil to your morning coffee! And guess what:Americans and some actresses, like Shailene Woodley, love it. Every morning, they pour a spoonful of butter and several drops of pure triglyceride oil into a cup of coffee without mycotoxins (those micro-fungi that appear during fermentation).

The creator of the concept is called Dave Asprey, and assures that his drink, not only is super stimulating for the brain, but above all:"You drink this (in the morning) and immediately you do not think about eating for a good while. . The brain receives energy that does not come from sugar, the cravings disappear and you find a kind of freedom,” reported AFP. In short, it stalls every time according to him, which would prevent us from snacking throughout the day! Why we avoid

But the critics fuse!
