3 exercises to relieve your back pain

Exercise n°1:relieve sciatica

If you experience severe pain in your buttocks and upper thighs, you may have sciatic neuralgia. Commonly called "sciatica", this inflammation is due to several factors:poor posture, weak abdominal muscles, carrying heavy loads, lack of physical activity, or prolonged sitting. To relieve your ailments, lie down on your back and put both of your legs on a chair. Your thighs and calves should form a right angle. Hold until relieved.

Exercise n°2:relieve the lower back

Lower back pain is common. Often identified as kidney pain, it is actually your spine that is in pain. The lumbar wall is irritated and you feel an unpleasant throbbing. To remedy this, you can do this simple exercise. Get on all fours. Bring your butt back to your heels while exhaling deeply, bringing your shoulders as close to the ground as possible. Hold the position until the end of the expiration and return to the initial position while inhaling. Repeat the exercise as necessary.

Exercise n°3:strengthen the spine

To prevent back pain, strengthen your back muscles with simple exercises. Lie on your stomach with your arms along your body and your legs together. Raise your chin and upper chest and hold the position for 10 seconds. Repeat the movement 5 times. Still lying down, place your arms in front of you. Raise one arm and opposite leg and hold for 30 seconds, before moving on to other limbs. Repeat the exercise 5 times. For effective strengthening, perform these movements 2-3 times a week.
