Are 3D glasses bad for your health?

Questionable hygiene. At the cinema, 3D glasses are passed from hand to hand. Result:bacteria and microbes proliferate there. If you don't clean them before putting them on, you risk conjunctivitis or skin infection. So we use the antibacterial wipe distributed with it and we rub well. And if the cinema doesn't give any, we plan some.

Dizziness and nausea. Martin Banks, professor of optometry at Berkeley, says that with use, you notice headaches and fatigue. On its Australian website, Samsung, manufacturer of 3D screens, also warns, we could well feel dizzy, nausea or headache! And for those who have a history of seizures or epilepsy, it is definitely advisable to seek the advice of their doctor.

So, 3D or not? When in doubt, watch with moderation, and at the slightest warning, follow Samsung's advice:remove your glasses and put your eyes to rest. At least 30 minutes.
