What are all these yogas?

Hatha yoga to start gently

What's this ? This is traditional yoga:deep breathing exercises, postures and relaxation allow us to listen to our body and relax. The sequences are slow and smooth, the poses are held for a long time. For who ? Beginners who want to learn yoga at their own pace, those who want to de-stress and gain energy.

Iyengar yoga to gain flexibility

What's this ? A form of "healthy" yoga focused on aligning the different parts of the body. We mix stretching and deep breathing, all with extreme precision. We maintain the poses for a long time, with the help of bricks, straps, cushions. For who ? Those who want to gently combat their stiffness, but also their pain (stomach and back), and for beginners.

Anusara yoga for weight loss

What's this ? A rather sporty yoga (the poses are maintained, but the dynamic transitions), practiced in an almost philosophical climate. We spend calories, but we also listen to the teacher who talks about self-confidence, relationships with others and with one's body. For who ? The shy who want to gain confidence... and zen.

Acro-yoga for fun

What's this ? A yoga that is practiced with a minimum of two and combines yoga, Thai massage and acrobatic techniques (be careful, it's sport!). We hold our postures using the body of the other and vice versa… sometimes without having any contact with the ground. It's spectacular, "The Greatest Cabaret in the World" atmosphere. For who ? Those who want to motivate themselves with darling or a girlfriend, those who need challenges.

Ashtanga yoga for sports yoga

What's this ? A yoga of action! We don't hold the positions, we chain the postures at a super fast pace. On the program:jumps, propulsions on the arms, acrobatic figures, to be performed with fluidity and while remaining concentrated, in rhythm with your breathing. Hard hard ! For who ? Those who want to let off steam and gain muscle strength. Better to have already done yoga before or to be really athletic.
