6 herbal teas for better sleep

Tips for better sleep, we've been trying to put them in place for some time. So, as we are motivated (and still tired), we give ourselves a little boost by helping ourselves with herbal medicine!

1/ Roman chamomile:Before going to bed, infuse a tablespoon of dried chamomile in boiling water, or dilute a few drops of Roman chamomile essential oil in a little creamy liquid (such as soy milk ). Recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the virtues of this plant are numerous. It calms stress and therefore helps to fight temporary insomnia (and even to quit smoking!).

2/ Linden. In the morning, we infuse a few dried linden flowers in boiling water, put everything in a thermos and drink it during the day. The bonus? It calms the fever!

3/ The valerian-lemon balm cocktail. Combined, these two plants would be as effective as a chemical sleeping pill, such as triazolam! To consume in herbal tea, in essential oils diluted in vegetable "milk" or applied in massage...

4/ Verbena officinalis. It calms nervousness and therefore helps us to sleep. To drink in herbal tea at the rate of 3-4 cups per day. And if you also have stress-related gastrointestinal problems, then verbena officinalis will become your best friend!

5/ Hops. Inside is methylbutenol, a powerful narcotic. We consume hops either in infusion or in capsule, according to what suits us! Ideal if you have a blues, because hops are also an antidepressant.

6/ Passion flower. Also very effective in the fight against anxiety and nervous disorders (it is also recommended in cases of hyperactivity). Consumed in capsules, which are swallowed 4 times a day.
