How much fat is there?

1 handful of peanuts (35 g) =17 g of fat =1 tbsp. tablespoon oil

All oilseeds concentrate lipids. Fortunately, their fats are mostly unsaturated and therefore rather beneficial to the cardiovascular system. We don't skip them, but we take it easy on the quantity and we prefer walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds...

1 small packet of crisps (45 g) =16 g =1 tbsp. tablespoon oil

Be careful with this type of snack product because you swallow a lot of fat and a lot of salt without noticing it. Consume occasionally and in moderation.

1 pain au chocolat (68 g) =14 g =1 tbsp. tablespoon oil

What can be criticized for pain au chocolat, like other pastries, is the little impact it has on satiety, even though it contains as many calories as 60 g of bread with 10 g of butter, which allows you to last all morning without cravings.

1 piece of brownie (100 g) =23 g =1.5 tbsp. tablespoon oil

The brownie gets its fat from the butter it contains, but also from the hazelnuts that are added to it. This makes it a formidable cake in terms of energy.

2 scoops of Häagen-Dazs ice cream (125 ml) =20 g =1.5 tbsp. tablespoon oil

Yes, but for dessert! If you like ice cream as much as sorbets, choose the latter:they are certainly sweet but devoid of fat, while ice cream combines the two. And do not consume it too often.

1 Big Mac + 1 medium fries =40 g =2.5 tbsp. tablespoon oil

The fast food menu is not that greasy. But mainly composed of cooked fats that are not easy to digest and harmful to health. It would be better to accompany the hamburger with a salad.
