Tiramisu with passion fruit:Cyril Lignac's recipe that fascinates us!

To impress your guests during the holiday meal, we found THE tiramisu recipe that will make all the difference. Forget the yule log seen and reviewed, this year, we opt for an original and 100% gourmet dessert:a passion fruit tiramisu . To prepare this little marvel, we follow the recommendations of the most greedy and crunchy chef of the paf, Cyril Lignac! He unveiled his recipe on the show Tous en Cuisine Menus de Fêtes , on M6 and we're willing to bet that this tiramisu will be a huge hit with our loved ones!

Recipe:How to make Cyril Lignac's passion fruit tiramisu?

Preparation time:15 minutes
Chilling time:overnight
Serves 4

You will need:

  • 25 cl of passion fruit juice
  • 10 cl of mango juice
  • 12 spoon cookies
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 35 g of honey
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 360 g mascarpone
  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 peeled green kiwi
  • 1 lime

The preparation steps:

  1. Soak the lady finger cookies in the mixed passion fruit and mango juice. Place them in the bottom of the dish.
  2. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  3. Mix the honey with the egg yolks in a bowl. Add the mascarpone, mix until smooth.
  4. Beat the egg whites with the 50 g of sugar. When they are very firm, start incorporating part of the previous mixture using the whisk, then add the rest of the egg whites, delicately whipped to maintain the lightness.
  5. Pour half of the cream into the dish. Place in a cool place before tasting.
  6. Cut the kiwi into a brunoise, peel the passion fruit, mix them together and place on the mousse. Grate lime.
