5 tips to keep working out at home

Sports at home? That sounds easy, but are you really going to do it? That's how you keep it up, even if you're normally a gym fan.

1. Provide fixed days and times

Just like at the gym where the classes are scheduled. This way, sports will become a regular part of your week faster. Once it becomes a habit, it becomes easier to keep up.

That way you can't forget when you're busy with something else.

3. Provide a place to exercise at home

Somewhere where you can go about your business unabashedly.

4. Be strict with yourself sometimes

It is important that you perform the exercises correctly. So do many exercises that you already know and focus extra consciously on the technique with new exercises.
