A new app has been launched that can really stimulate your desire to get moving. The SportU app is a social sports app where women can meet, motivate and help each other to exercise together.

We don't move enough

And that is necessary, because figures from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport show that more than half of adults women do not exercise enough. As many as 25 percent have trouble motivating themselves. Hopefully the app can still encourage you to get moving.

How does the app work?

In the app you indicate with filters where your interests lie and what you are looking for:fitness-oriented training, socializing and everything in between. Based on your personal profile and environment, you will be linked to other users, after which you can add them. If the request is accepted, it is possible to talk to each other via the encrypted chat function.

Various female-friendly gyms, but also yoga or dance studios in the area are visible in the app. You can also start a running or walking club.
