Fidgeting

Yes, of course! Go fidget! By fidgeting you can steal some calories from your daily diet without noticing. But what exactly is this?

Fidgeting is making small movements with your body, and actually they are movements that are not new, but that you may already be doing unconsciously, such as:

  • tapping your feet (350 calories per day),
  • chewing gum (11 calories per hour),
  • shaking your legs (100 calories per hour),
  • tightening your buttocks (35 calories per hour).
  • tap with your pen (72 calories per hour) or
  • clicking your mouse (142 calories per 100 clicks)

Nutrition

Now, of course, you shouldn't think too lightly; fidgeting doesn't mean you can keep sniffing. If you also pay a little attention to your diet, you will see that you will weigh a little less in a few weeks!
