Healthy work-out:get rid of those rolls on your back!

Do you have that too:those rolls on your back? There is a way to get rid of it. You can do that with these exercises.

Standing Rear Delt Fly

Shapes your back, shoulder and abs and activates your fat burning

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and lean forward slightly. Keep your arms at your sides with a weight in each hand. Tighten your abs and keep your shoulders and back straight. Keep looking forward and slowly unfold your arms wide to shoulder height, do not overextend. Hold and bring them back. How often? 3 sets of 10 reps

Push up on your toes

Shapes your core muscles and activates your fat burning

Stand in a wide push-up position with your arms fully extended. Keep your hips straight. Your body forms a straight line from your toes to your head. Slowly lower your body between your arms, keeping the line straight. Push yourself back up in the
starting position. How often? 3x 1 minute

DB Renegade Row

Shapes your back muscles and activates your fat burning

Begin this exercise in a push-up position with dumbbells in your hands. You 'lean' on this. Now, arm by arm, pull the dumbbells toward you one by one in a powerful and smooth rowing motion. How often? 3 sets of 20 alternately, so 10 per arm

Jumping jacket

Burns calories (and therefore fat)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, your hands wide beside your body. Jump up and spread your legs. At the same time, close your arms above your head. Jump back to the starting position. How often? 3 sets of 50 reps.
