Online training courses

And did you know that a lot of online training courses are now available for free because of the corona virus? Do you feel like yoga? Yoga Online is now giving away two weeks of free online yoga classes due to the corona crisis! And Yoga schools are also getting creative. There are several yoga schools that will give their classes via a live stream. Inquire at your own yoga school or one in your area.

Training on Facebook and Instagram

Live training sessions are also offered on Facebook and Instagram. For example, Christina's online sports studio C Online has drawn up a schedule of workouts that you can follow via their Facebook page or Instagram account. Here is a schedule for the free training sessions:

  • Wednesday morning, March 18, 9 am:Studio Fire 30 minutes (own body weight)
