The name already gives it away, the shoes are made of organic cotton and corn. The sugars from maize can be converted into a variant of vegetable plastic. Other products can be made from this, including the fabric for these sneakers.
About half the energy is needed to make the fabric compared to the production of cotton. So beautiful and environmentally friendly.
