Personal trainer Sophie Kay posted a before and after photo this week. Do you think she spent months working on her toned body? In reality, there was about three minutes between the two photos.

The secret
She turned off the light, put on better fitting underwear, twisted her body and tensed her muscles a bit.

What have we learned from this?
– We too can have a toned body in 3 minutes, or even faster.
– The right clothes (read:bikini) will make a big difference.
– Don't believe all the pros and cons. after photos.
– Your body is always ready for summer. Feel good the way you are.
