1. Get away from your desk
Even if it's just to make some tea, getting away from your desk for a while can help you pop again later. It is even better to go outside for a while.

2. Listen to the right music
Music has a lot of influence on how we feel. Turn on an upbeat song to give yourself a boost. Singing or dancing for a while has even more effect.

3. Smile
Lucky TV, funny cat videos… Anything that makes you laugh can help you get back to work a little more focused after watching the video.

4. Get moving
A minute of planks, 20 jumping jacks, up and down the stairs a few times. Movement makes you more energetic, because your heart rate goes up and the blood flows faster.

5. Take a shower
If you have the opportunity:a shower refreshes you literally and figuratively. Preferably take a slightly colder shower than you are used to:showering a few degrees colder would make you more alert.
