Weight loss exercise is doomed to fail

I experience it every day. People who join the sports club, however, only because they want to lose weight. If they do not yet understand that losing weight is a process that takes time, I dare to put my hand in the fire that after the third week they will slowly show withdrawal, and then decide to stop after three months. Recognizable?

What do those fanatics do who effortlessly, year after year, weekly find the motivation to go to the sports club (and look smashingly tight), you may wonder. The blacksmith's secret:

1. They understand that exercising is something you just have to do. There is no such thing as non-exercise, just like not brushing your teeth. You don't have a choice, you just do it.

3. They do not suffer from compensatory behavior (eating versus exercising). After all, they also simply do sports on a healthy day and not just after a snack attack, eating kick or drinking holiday.
