Together you become strong, 6 tips

The best advice for people who don't feel like exercising? Join forces and work together on a healthier lifestyle. How? You can read that in this blog by Marije from Fitness Bible for women.

Marije: On June 7th, I had the honor of interviewing the fitness guru of all time, Mr. Phillip Mills (yes, from Les Mills programs like Bodypump). I asked him the question:'What is the best advice you can give to people who don't feel like exercising?'

He replied, "Humans are social beings. That also applies to sports. Figures show that people who train in groups achieve better results and are more motivated. Training together is the best advice I can give.'

What can you learn from this?
That's right, together you become strong, not only during sports but also if you want to live a healthier life or stop smoking, for example.

Tips
– Start with a group of girls at the same time, for example the six-week program from my book Fitness Bible for women. You carry out the assignments and (knowledge) tests together as much as possible.

– You will try out different group workouts together.
