New sports goal:a lower fat percentage

Would you like to lose a few pounds to be more toned? Perhaps it is better to focus your fitness goal on a lower fat percentage.

Do muscles weigh more than fat? You've probably heard that muscle outweighs fat. Now that is not entirely true:a kilo remains a kilo. But a kilo of muscle does indeed take up less space than a kilo of fat and that is what the statement refers to. It is therefore better to work on your fat percentage for a toned body.

Measure fat percentage
In most gyms you can have your body fat percentage measured. Have your fat percentage measured under the same conditions.
