15 minute workout with great results

Australian Mel has discovered a 15 minute workout that works great. Read on for her secret.

1. I got rid of my phone case.
2. I put on black pants. He's a size bigger and black is slimming.
3. I've put on some self-tanner.
4. I've put on hair extensions.
5. I'm standing up, with my legs a bit wider and tummy in.
6. I put my arm out to the side, stretched out to make him appear slimmer.
7. Shoulders back and a proud smile.
8. On the I zoomed in before photo and zoomed out on the after photo.
9. I used a filter, filters make everything awesome.
