The summer vacation has ended. It's time to get back to exercising with the following tips.

Lost sports time cannot be made up
Resign yourself to the fact that you are not exercising at your old level right away. Don't force anything, you don't want to get injured at the start of a new sports season. Give yourself a few weeks to get in.

Train for a race, but make sure you have enough time
A race or competition in prospect has a motivating effect during training. Make sure you choose a match for which you have enough time to train.

Evaluate your exercise habits
How was the sport before the holidays? Were you easily demotivated and never felt like it? Maybe it's time to try a new sport.

Get advice
Have you been exercising for years without ever asking for good advice, or have you been following an old sports schedule for years? Schedule an appointment with a trainer at the gym and have a plan drawn up for you.

You haven't exercised for so many weeks, you can still do it this week. No! This way you keep postponing sports endlessly, start now!
