This is how you do your work-out in the morning

Did your morning workout fail today despite all your New Year's resolutions? With these tips you will take action tomorrow morning.

1. Get your stuff ready

Avoid a search for your sports bra or your shoes. Get everything ready tonight, charge your iPod and you'll have no excuse not to go tomorrow morning.

2. Prepare breakfast

Prepare a green smoothie or have something else ready that you can quickly eat in the morning.

3. Meet someone

Arrange to exercise together. Even if you don't feel like it tomorrow, you can hardly avoid it.

4. Go to sleep on time

If you are rested, the step to get out the door early is slightly lower. So go to bed on time and resist the temptation to snooze in the morning.

5. Promise yourself a reward

Plan a nice breakfast or something else after your workout to reward yourself for your early morning efforts.
